I haven't used the brand name because I don't have 35+ to spend on a conditioner but I've used Hair One (in Sally's) and I love it. It's a regular staple. If you want I can find a blogger (she's AA) who has used both for a comparison review.

I tried the 29.99 summer offer. I went through swag bucks and got 2000 points for ordering it, which is worth like a $20 amazon GC.
As for Wen itself, I'm kind of unimpressed by it. I have thick, somewhat wavy hair. It takes time to use. If you have medium length hair, it requires 18-24 pumps of Wen. You have to pump half of that (like 8-12 pumps), work it through your hair, rinse thoroughly and put the rest in, work it through, and rinse again. There are no suds. I liked the first day of it (but I always love the way my hair feels the day after I start a new shampoo). Afterward, my main complaint is I don't have that kind of time to spend washing my hair. And it kind of is heavy on my hair, and makes my hair borderline greasy looking.
