Finally I have an update....Had a hysteroscopy last Friday and it was clear except doc said the only thing he saw was that it looked like I had endometritis. Biopsies came back negative so that was good news but I am waiting to see what my IVF doctor wants to do. My local RE and I think we should treat with antibiotics just to make sure but we will see.
On Friday, I met with the nurse at the IVF clinic and got my schedule. I will be on BCP until 8/29 and will have my baseline. After baseline stims will start on 9/2 and ER is estimated around 9/12. We are doing an antagonist protocol this time. I still need to check doses with my RE cause he has me starting at 300 gonal and 2 vials of menopur and I am afraid I'll stim crazy fast again. He is back in the office on Monday so I can email him and remind him of my last 2 cycles of being on high stims and stimming fast.
On the immunology front my IVF doc is going to prescribe Neupogen and my RI says I need labs done at baseline and after those results they will let me know what else is needed (I am already taking prednisone and will be adding lovenox when stims start).
It's nice to finally have a plan!

Me (34)- no issues found MH (36)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist. 9R, 7M, 5F = BFN c/p, New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice. CCRM-here we come! ODWU-All test results normal. EPP in August. 21R, 20M, 19F. 12 blasts biopsied & frozen for CCS testing. Results showed 11 normal! FET Oct. 30. 2 5d 4AA blasts transferred. First ever BFP!!! Beta 1=216, Beta 2=870 1st U/S=It's TWINS!!! It's a BOY and a GIRL!! Everyone Welcome!!!
