I love this name. I would use it in a heartbeat but H hates it. I think of Peter Pan when I hear Wendy. To me it ages well and is sweet and simple.

I like Wendy Rose. Family middle names are my favorites so I would go with one of the two you already have.

There was a little girl named Wendy at the daycare where I worked. At first I hated it but it really did grow on me. I think it's so cute.
