Ivf implant SBR suggestions?

Hi,
I'm new to this. I'm currently on bed rest two days post implant. We started with 23 eggs, 14 were fertilized and 6 were freeze all embryos. After doing estrogen patches and progesterone shots, my levels were back to normal and we were able to implant my embryos. I'm only 27 so we implanted 2, but only two thawed. So I'm super nervous! I really want both to take! They were graded at 8 A+ and 7A. My Dr said my uterus was beautiful and both should take. Still nervous since this is our one and only chance to conceive! Any suggestions on what I should and should not do till the 28 when I go for my pregnancy test? Thanks!

Why are you on bedrest following IVF? That's not really indicated. FX for both taking. There isn't really anything you can or shouldn't do other than take deep breaths, find things to distract yourself, and relax (much easier said than done!). Good luck!

I went straight from my Embryo transfer to the airport and flew to Disney World for a business trip with my husband. Both embryos took. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Good luck to you! I hope the 2 weeks fly by for you.

My clinic had us on bedrest for two days post-transfer. Just follow doctor's orders. Nothing you do right now will affect whether or not they stick.

I was told to take it easy the day of. Like others have said, there's not much you can do. Hope they stick!

I know they are probably myths but worked for me I'm 6w3d with twins after Ivf. I ate the core of a pineapple google how to do it, no really hot showers or anything else with that effect embryos are less likely to survive when it is to hot, I did bed rest for two days post transfer, no coffee/tea or any caffeine drinks, no sex at least until heartbeat we are waiting till 12 weeks (I know it's a tough one haha), eat Brazilian nuts 3 a day, drink plenty if water that's all I can think of for now hope it helps the tww sucks so at least it gives you something else to do to try and help good luck thoughts are with you!!!
