Yes. It's probably gas. I think around 13-14 weeks is the earliest but normal for a FTM is any where between 18-22 weeks. I felt a few bubbles and butterflies around 17 weeks but nothing consistent until 20-22 weeks.
I would say that's too soon. I'm a second time mom now with twins and on the thin side 105 pre pregnancy. And I didn't feel my twins move until 19 weeks. I felt my singleton at 17 weeks 4 days. And if you have anterior placement of your placenta it's possible to not feel them until even later like 24 weeks. Baby is small with basically no muscle tone yet surrounded by a fluid full sac and your muscle of your uterus. It takes a decent amount of force to be able to feel movement threw all that especially for someone so small. It's a common myth just because there's more than one you will feel them sooner but it's typically not the case. Some so i guess it possible but 9/10 times its just gas. Unless you see movement on an ultrasound and feel it coordinating with that there's really no way to tell. But your still very early to feel them.

As a STM, I felt my first flutter at 11 weeks, while holding DS1 in such a way that he was kind of squishing my belly. However, I would not have known it was movement if it hadn't been my second pregnancy; probably wouldn't even have noticed it. In any case, I am short, very small-framed, skinny, and I felt movement earlier than normal with my first pregnancy (around 15 weeks). In fact, when I went in for my first midwife appointment (at 12 weeks) they asked me if I had felt movement yet because my uterus was measuring so far ahead. (Didn't know it was twins yet at the time!)
On my 3rd pregnancy, I've felt the popcorn popping sensation since 10w. It's babies. If it was my first, if say probably not. But as doc says, I'm stretched out after my recent pregnancy so he isn't surprised.
I felt a flutter at 12 weeks and consistent 'feather tickles' around 14 weeks (the first literally stopped me in my tracks and kind of startled me) Sometime between 16/17 weeks I swear they grew feet and started kicking even at 14 was my doc said it was likely I was not feeling them....but I still am pretty sure it was them.

Don't worry, when you feel it, you will know it!
