Chiropractor?

My MFM doctor yesterday recommended (if I'm up to it) to try out a chiroprator for my pelvic pain. He even gave me one he recommends. I've never seen a chiropractor before so the thought makes me a bit nervous.

Did you or are you having any chiropractic work while pregnant?

Re: Chiropractor?

  • I got adjusted every week while pregnant, even twice a week at the end.  It help tremendously.  I also saw a chiro who specialized in Webster Technique and was able to turn my breech twin A.  I still go weekly and the babies get adjusted every other week.

  • I am getting adjusted weekly.  I am currently 25 weeks.  I too have pelvic pain, especially at night when I sleep on my sides, it has helped tremendously.  I recommend finding someone who is certified in the Webster technique, as PP said they have techniques to relax and align the pelvis to help with turning babies!  Its not painful or creepy either, most of the times I am chatting to much to even realize my adjsutments are done.  Totally painless!!
