It happens Monday... any tips to make the transition easier for everyone?

    We just did this last Monday.  I second getting everything ready the night before. Also, my daycare gave us a list of behaviors that we might expect in the first few weeks - trouble sleeping, tantrums, etc.  DD has had a really rough time sleeping (which is hard on her pregnant Momma who is just starting a brand new job after having all summer off!) and it was nice to know ahead of time so that I could be prepared for it.  I've been assured that everything will even out in a few weeks!

    Make sure everything is labeled. Waterproof mascara because you will probably cry.
