XP: 1 month already!
I also posted this to the August 2013 BMB...I was active there more than any others before our girl decided to come early July!
Actually 5 days past 1 month. Our 33.5 week little girl is thriving...she was in the NICU for 18 days and we have had her home for 2.5 weeks. So proud to be her Mommy.
In the last month, she grew 2 inches and gained 2 pounds 2 ounces! This is such a thrill for me because ever since we've been home, she's only had my breast milk and its clearly doing its job...yay!
I've had the baby blues...sooooo many ups and downs, but I keep thinking back to her birth day when I didn't get to see her for 10 hours and the feeling of holding her for that first time... I have to keep reminding myself of that...and cut down on the woe is me moments.
I love this quote that I saw on FB. I keep telling myself this to remind me of these little miracles: "Its OK if the only thing you did today was breathe".
