supplements before vaccines

Does anybody do any sort of specific supplement regimen before vaccines? LO has his 1 year checkup and vaccines in 1.5 weeks. We already do Vitamin D (400 IU) and a fish oil DHA supplement (Nordic Naturals Baby DHA).

Hmm...haven't heard much about that, but I'm pretty anti vaccination. I'm sure some extra immune system boost couldn't hurt, within reason and you could always check with your dr.

I came here looking for the same thing! Dr Sear's Vaccine Book recommends giving baby vitamin A and vitamin C before and after vaccines but I can't find these products anywhere.
