I have been taking her picture a million times since day one.  One time when she was about 9 months old my friend got his phone out to call someone and she smiled like he was going to take her picture!...lol.  It was too cute!

The dress is from Target.  I got it back over the summer.  It is actually a fall dress I think but I just put the shirt that I got from ON under it to make it a winter dress.  Then she had on black tights and black shoes.
