Pump question

I also posted this on the BF board but I know there are a lot of mommas here who bf/pump, so I'm asking here as well. As you may remember, my LO is the one who eats hourly, probably in small amounts. I return to work on Monday & plan to pump. Will my supply be affected if I can only pump every few hours at work? and will that affect my ability to nurse LO when I am home? I worry if I am home during the day and she wants to nurse hourly I will be dry. TiA
