Can you get AF while on PIO shots?

Today I am 7dp5dt and last night I started getting lower back pains and PMS type cramping like I do right before AF arrives. Can she arrive while I am on the PIO injections? I just feel like I am out- not to be a symptom chaser but these are the only things that I am feeling and its worrying me!
Did any of your periods bleed through the shots?

April '13 IVF 1 MDLF converted to 4th IUI due to 3 runaway follicles! BFN

Beta 1=512, Beta 2=1,368 Beta 3= 4,128

    @weeklyplanner. Thanks for your response! My beta is not until Monday. Around this time in my cycle, I normally get cramps and start spotting and I just feel exactly the same way that I do every other month. Except add in a sore chest from the PIO! I can't help but feel like its going to be the same result.

    I suppose anything is possible but hopefully that's not what's going on for you!!!

    Out of four fresh IVF cycles, the only one AF didn't come through on was the one I did PIO. Which is why I'm opting for it this FET cycle. It's be my opinion that it shouldn't come on PIO but everyone is different.
    Me: 33, Endocrine issues & FVL       DH: 32, Nothing 
    NTNP 2009-2012         TTC since 2012:
    • Clomid, 2 IUI cycles, and 5 IVF cycles = BFN
    • FET #1   August 2013 = BFP!     EDD 5/11/14
    • Jack dx at 19w1d with Dandy Walker on 12/16/13
    • Severe Pre-e /HELLP set in Jack born sleeping at 20w1d on 12/23/13
    • FET #2 --July 2014  BFP!  ---  EDD  4/5/15

    @kflynm81. Thanks! Ugh- I wish beta was sooner! I promised DH that I wouldn't POAS bc it makes me crazier but I hate this feeling. I feel exactly like I do right before she arrives. I really hope it's the PIO...

    Yeah, it can but ditto PP that they can also be early pregnancy times so good luck!

    @weeklyplanner I talked to him this morning about taking one on Sunday and he is worried that it will be worse on me if I get a false positive and find out the next day that my beta is super low or if I get a negative- I will still have my hopes up. He doesn't realize that my expectations are pretty low. He is being difficult about it and doesn't understand what another day or two will make so we should just wait. I am sure I will probably do it anyways!

    I don't have any good advice, Philly, but I really hope that everything is okay. I'm pulling for you, hard core!! 
    | Married since 2008 | DH and I: Both 30 | Me: Endometriosis and Carrier of an X-Linked Dominant Genetic Disorder | DH: Low Morph | Planning IVF with PGD and PGS in 2013 | Freeze-All IVF #1: March 2013 ER 3/26. 29R, 12M, 11F. 4 5AA frozen blasts. Freeze-All IVF#2: May 2013 ER 5/15. 31R, 21M, 20F. 6 5AA frozen blasts. Our PGD probe was completed in late June (total of 20 weeks to develop). PGD and PGS Results came on 6/19: 3 healthy embryos (normal chromosomes and unaffected by my family's genetic disorder). FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014

    Progesterone is suppose to stop you from menses. Rooting for you that the pain you feel is implantation
