Cramping after orgasm

Hi all, this is my 2nd pregnancy and when the hubby and I are behind closed doors, the "climax of my night" is immediately follwed by aweful cramping. It has completely ruined me wanting to be intimate.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Does it last all pregnancy?

Yep, I don't know if it lasts all pregnancy but it definitely happened to me last time.  I am on pelvic rest, and in addition to no sex, we can't even fool around and orgasm because of the cramps that result.  More than likely it's fine for most because I've always heard that sex while pregnant is fine, but I'm already high risk, had a bleeding episode already so my doctor isn't taking any chances.

I've had cramping everytime. It's making me leery to have sex, but supposedly normal.

I'm just jealous of all this sex! Nausea has my sex drive at an all time low! Anybody else like me? However, last time we had sex...I can barely remember...but I did have cramps afterward! Not too awful and some discharge afterwards! Totally normal according to my doc! Hope it eases up for you!

I get it too, wait until the end its more intense, all part of pregnancy, don't stress

I am so relieved you asked about this!!! I too have had this problem, and it it's terrible! I've had a low sex drive (bummer) since the past couple weeks and of course still have sex but I haven't told DH how uncomfortable it is.

I cramp so bad I cry after I orgasm. Feel like we're never going to have sex again!!

I haven't had any yet but I did have cramping with/after orgasm starting in the 2nd trimester in my first pregnancy. It was never TOO painful though...

It happened to me last pregnancy and lasted the whole time. This time I'm on pelvic rest so I don't know if it will happen again. It definitely ruins the moment.

Oh yeah. They were terrible cramps. Definitely a turn off for future fun...

YES! This is one of my earliest symptoms of pg!  I have noticed it every pregnancy- earlier than I can get a + hpt, and lasts up til about 10 wks or so...

Yup, It happens to me every time. With DD it happened the whole pregnancy and only got worse as I was farther along. As the uterus gets bigger the contraction of it after climax only gets more intense. For the pleasure (TMI sorry) out ways the pain. So it's worth it in my book. OB says it's completely normal and not to worry.
