My best friends maiden name is Lawson. I wouldn't use it because the nick name factor im big on nick names but to each their own. If you love it go for it.

It's ok. But I wouldn't really think twice if I heard it. I would probably only use it if it was a family name and even then maybe only a MN

Ehhhh it's ok if it's a family name. Otherwise it's kind of silly to use a random common last name as a first name.

It's not bad, but for some reason I hear it as Larson in my head, I feel like it's lacking the R, if that makes sense.
