I am officially back to work today until the end of May. Two weeks of in service then the kids come back. I will miss my time lazing around the house and spending the days with H, he's starting to learn so many new things and it's all going so fast! I'm so afraid I will miss something with him because he's always so worn out after daycare that he sleeps when we get home, wakes to eat/bath/play a little, then down for the night. Such is life I guess.

Off to work I go (and no bump time either), Happy Monday!

    Welcome back to work, I hope it isn't too bad.  This is definitely an age where things happen very quickly.  But I think we managed to still get all her big milestones at home.  Hopefully H will get used to day care quickly and not be quite as tired.
    On another note, I feel like your ticker must be lying.  There is no way that he is almost 5.5 months... you just had him like, last week right?

    Good luck today! I go back next Monday and reading this already has made tearing up at the thought of having to leave them.

    I do find only seeing LO in the evenings tough. I try to make the most of weekends though. GL

    Well that was a wasted day! @chiwifey- it is a new job and I really am excited about it! I checked my rosters today and my largest class as of now is 25, not 32!!!! And my smallest is like 11, then another that is 13, it's like a dream!

    I had iPad training today and it was "here is the home button, here is the power button, how to navigate the internet" so pretty much nothing new for me and this afternoon was all about different programs that only brand new teachers need to hear, not someone who has been doing this for a year or more. Tomorrow will be at my new campus and I will get to meet everyone so it'll be much better.

    @kaf7 - I definitely intend on making my weekends count! MIL already said something last week about wanting to come this weekend, but heck no! It's my last weekend before things get super busy.

    @TJ1979 -  I put all of the 3 month clothes away Thursday last week and cried he's getting so big! I can't believe he's almost 6 months old and sometimes I think I just left the hospital last week. I know his 1 year birthday is going to come up so quick with me being back at school and busy.

    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!
