Tricare & Water Birth

Next month I'll be moving to Monterey, CA and will be needing to find a new dr.  In looking for a new dr I'm also looking into labor/birth options.  Does Tricare cover water births?  Anyone recommend a OB or Midwife in the Monterey area?

    We're stationed at Ft. Hood in TX and the hospital here actually has 2 water birthing rooms in it.  As long as the facility you use accepts TriCare, I think you'll covered.
