My Summer infant multiview digital Color video monitor set #28490 keeps loosing sound

My monitor keeps loosing sound. I turn it on and have sound for anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes and then i loose it. During the night it will come back on for a few then go back off, it's like some kind of intereference. Does anyone else have this problem I spent $300 on this monitor and have no box or receipt to return it. I need to figure out what is causing the sound interference. Any help would be greatly appreciated I have a two yr old and a baby due in a few days I'd like to keep an eye on both of them sound is extremely important!

  • We had this happen with our Motorola one. We also did not have the box or receipt, however the item was listed on our registry. Buy buy baby took it back and we've had no problems with the replacement thus far. Nothing we tried to do could make the sound come back on the original one, we even called the manufacturers customer service line for help.
