Cutting the lawn, spotting!

So this morning I cut the lawn first time ever to surprise DH since he has been working so much. Well, i was really winded and had a light cramp so sat down for a bit then I went shopping for 2 hours came home. I just looked on my liner (on endomentin 3x a day) and there was slight brown twinge to it. Scared to death now what this means did I push myself too far? Is this normal? Just got my beta yesterday at 163.

PCO & MTHFR Homozygous/Severe MFI (undescended teste & double hernia as baby)

12/12: 50mg clomid= bfn
1/13: 100mg clomid= bfn
2/13: 100mg clomid= bfn 
6/13: IVF/ICSI (x1 4AA)=BFFN ~49R, 44M, 33F, 14 frosties  OHSS
8/13: FET #1 (x1 4AA)=First EVER BFP 4dp5dt!! d&c @ 6.5 wks, blighted ovum
10/13: FET #2 (x2 4AA)= BFP 4dp5dt! Twins!!, perfect u/s then spontaneous m/c @ 5 wks
11/13= RPL/Karotyping= MTHFR Homozygous c667t
1/14= FET #3 our 2 year anniversary & hopefully our miracle

    I'm a spotter so I know how scary it is. Spotting early on is normal. Drink lots and lots of fluids and stay off your feet for a bit. Feel better!

    You are fine. Brown blood is better than red. Take is easy and drink water and you will be fine. I been spotting all pregnancy.

    it can be scary to see anything like that after activity but things are probably fine.  call your dr. if you are concerned but i would just relax, put your feet up and drink lots of water.  no more lawn mowing!!!  

    my dr. says nothing strenuous (including vacuuming) so mowing the lawn is out for me but i'm not sure if its because of the twins or the SCH i had.  
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    I don't have any advice other than to take it easy tonight and tomorrow.  Like pp said brown is much better than red.  If you are concerned you can always call your RE for advice.

    I have spotted a couple times- even some red. My RE said that 50% of ivf patients spot. Both times were before my 1st us and everything looked good. Try not to worry! 

    Me: 33 DH: 32 SA#1 low count (6mil) SA#2- now in IUI range!(30mil) Dx:MFI
    11/1- IUI#1,12/1- IUI#2, 1/2- IUI#3 all BFFN
