Trouble TTC

Need advice!

Hello ladies! This is my first post to the bump!! :) I have a question for you all. Have any of you had an experience similar to mine and still had a BFP?
This month my temps spiked and stayed high on CD31 (July 26th). This isn't to abnormal for me, because I have an average of a 45 day cycle. Well on I tested 13DPO and it was a BFN. On that same day, my temps spiked a second time... My chart definitely had a triphasic (sp?) look to it now! My temps have stayed extra high for 3 days now, and I am almost 16DPO. Is it worth a try to test again tomorrow morning? I felt like 13 DPO should have been enough time. I'm trying not to get my hopes up... But, with my temps spiking again, and staying elevated for 3 days, I am in fact still hopeful!

Re: Need advice!

  • Since this is your first post, you may not be familiar with these boards. This board is for women going through infertility testing and treatment or having trouble TTC for over a year. You may want to check out ttgp board and ask for a chart stalk.

However you will need to link your chart so someone can look at it instead of going by a description of it.

Also, yes by 16 DPO you should be turning a test bfp if you are pregnant. There is a newbie blog on ttgp that has the percentage of accuracy rates of tests based on DPO.

Aha! This is helpful information for an intro. ;)  Sorry that you find  yourself in this position.  Can't answer the chart question without seeing the chart, but what is your TTC history? How long have you been charting? Have you had any testing done?  I think you'll be able to learn a lot  from both the TTGP board and this board, and hopefully your stay on any of the
trying boards will be short.:) Good luck to you!
