Ok, so we all know we aren't supposed to have foods that aren't pasteurized, such as feta, brie, and other soft cheeses. I've been checking the labels on my food and a LOT of things aren't labeled as 'pasteurized', such as: yogurt, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese....how do I know what is ok and what isn't? I might die if I can't have sour cream or greek yogurt as a substitute

Thanks!
