You should really try to narrow it down to 5 or 6 names you and your DH really love. Too many options makes it too difficult to get a general consensus, especially since your names are all pretty similar in style and popularity.

They are all actual names and all properly spelled. You can't go wrong.

Not a fan of Gavin.

James will eventuallt turn into Jim or Jimmy

 Is Jack a nickname for John or is it Jack?  If so, be prepared to say, no its not John, its just Jack a million times

The rest are all normal bible names, with normal spellings so you can't really  wrong. 

If you want to narrow it down more, I can give you a better opinion

Jacob Andrew is SO's choice, I actually prefer Jake but we can always use that as a nickname. Andrew is after SO's father who recently passed so absolutely no movement on that. Try and narrow it down a bit but its good to have a few options and you can see what suits him best when he arrives

I said them out loud (it's ok, I'm alone haha). I think Gavin Michael, Jacob Andrew, and Andrew James sound the best. Not necessarily my style, but good, solid, maturely spelled names that are easy to say when you need to middle name the kid. "Gavin Michael __, get over here this instant!"
