Just watched this video, the song was written for this couple by friends of theirs who are in a band. I've been following this couple since they first started their channel. They have such a heartbreaking, bittersweet journey until now and this shit straight made me cry.

I did pretty well at keeping it together until the last minute or so. I love my sweet boy, and I'm glad they got theirs.
