My baby's movement

I had a bad fall straight in my stomach last week and called my doctor and he said everything will prolly be fine as long as no cramping or bleeding. Well today I've noticed a very little movement from my little girl, very small flutters but nothing like her usual ninja kicks... I'm 22 weeks. Any advice?

    It could be a quieter period of growth/movement.  Most babies go through cycles like that.  I'd call your OB before running to the ER, they might be able to get you seen without the drama of running to the hospital.  Lay down, drink plenty of water, throw in some sugary OJ and do a kick count.  I found whenever I thought he was moving less, once I stopped moving, I felt him more.

    He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be.  He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.

    I would call your OB. Mine has a triage unit attached that can do u/s in cases like these. It will save you a lot of time and money.

    lay on your left side and do a kick count!  Call triage too!
    If less than 12 in 2 hours then go!

    I wouldn't rush to the ER, at 22 weeks I hardly ever felt either of my DDs. It wasn't until about 28-30 weeks that it was a daily thing, and it was only at certain times of the day.

    There is still a lot of room for them to wiggle around without actually feeling them do so, try to find your LO yourself and see if you feel a reaction. That's usually what I did when I didn't feel much going on. My LO's were probably like "Stop poking me for crying out loud!" Haha
