Welcome to the check in group for Pregnant After Preemie! This group is also for those who are actively trying to conceive, planning on it, or just thinking about it...

Last week Updates:
CurlingRocks: 33 weeks and Hydronephrosis has resolved! yay!
adamnkel: went to L&D for high BP and was sent home 5 hours later and found out she had a UTI; 2 days later had growth US and LO was 4lbs. 7oz. and also found out that she had high BP again-luckily, urine and bloodwork were fine so she was sent home; have biweekly follow up appointments regarding BP; has reached 36 weeks!!!
pinotgirl: meeting with geneticist in the middle of the month before officially starting TTC-hope you get some answers soon!
PhillyGal34: DH is ok with waiting on TTC, but not until next summer; possibly switching jobs so that might delay TTC just a little bit longer

Just waiting for something significant enough to head in to L&D at this point. I do have Cholestasis so I've been monitored closely for the past two weeks and will be induced Tuesday if I make it. I am 3-4cm and 75% effaced with irregular contractions for several days now, so if they get to every 5 minutes, or the obvious water breaking happens it will be go time before then!
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
Would need to be moved to 38 weeks.
As for me, I'm 34 weeks, and still doing well. I got a lot of nesting done this week, which is such a polar opposite from where we were at this point last time... I saw a different OB than usual this week, and he thinks I stand a good chance (75% or so) of having a successful VBAC and also of going to term if not the full 40. So I'm trying not to over-analyze every BH.
I'm so glad for the support of this group! Every week, I feel that much more positive, knowing that someone out there gets how scary it still is, even though things are going so well this time. Thanks, ladies!
I hope you get your vbac and that's great news that your dr thinks you will make it to 40 weeks!
I'm also glad for this group it has been great doing these checkins and seeing how successful people are having a full term lo after having a preemie.
The fact that there is a really good chance dd will be able to come home with us when we leave the hospital this time is amazing.

She is in the nicu on a CPAP and would have been sent there no matter what due to size. I'll be going to visit her around 5am for the first time as long as I can get out of bed.
I'm doing pretty good. My recovery has been much better then with dd1 at this point. My BP has been pretty good and I'm hoping it stays down so they don't make the decision to do mag sulfate which I had with dd1 and couldn't go see her for 36hrs after birth.
