How dark was your bfp at 14 dpo?

Im anywhere from 14-16 dpo and my + line on the frer was very faint which makes me kind of nervous. I'm going to test again in the morning. Just wondering if you can have a faint like at this point and it still be a viable pregnancy?

A line is a line! wait a day if you can and see! Breathe and know its still early for you!:) Good luck! I didn't test until I was 5 weeks...mine was DARK! But I tested on a whim and I may not be as far along as I think haha

It totally depends on what brand/type of test you use. A line is a line.

If you take another make sure to use a pink line test, first response are the best I think! Target has 2 for like 8.99 here so not as bad as some!

When I had a faint line with a test I went out and purchased a test that said pregnant/not pregnant so I wouldn't have to guess.

Perhaps a dumb question, but would it matter on the length of your cycle too?  By 14 dpo I had already missed my period, so my line was fairly dark.  But if you're not expecting your period yet, I would assume the line could be lighter?

I tested at 13dpo and line was very faint, so much so that I had to convince DH that "line is a line"! He kept saying it was too faint to believe haha. I tested the next morning at 14dpo with FMU and it was darker-
Not yet as dark as the control line, but clearly visible.

Ugh I know this feeling- I took two tests Monday, both positive. Took another one this morning (FR) just to be sure before we tell the family this weekend, and the positive line was SO LIGHT. Like, lighter than the tests I took Monday. It made me super nervous, so I went to FB group from my last BMB when I had Evie, and immediately a few moms said the same thing happened to them. A line is a line, and often your hormones don't settle until 6 weeks. I'm doing my best not to freak out and take a million tests. Hope everything is ok for you too!!

Oh and PS- that's why these boards are so great, when you're freaking out about something, these moms come to your rescue
