Hi ladies, been lurking a little off and on since my boys were born in June. I had twins at 34 weeks 1 day and they spent 10 days in the NICU. 3 of those days they were on oxygen (just nasal cannula) and the others were spent working on feeds. I know my measly 10 days there is nothing compared to most of you! I also should mention that I am a NICU nurse and while I delivered at a women's hospital with an excellent NICU, they were full the night my sons were born and they were transferred to the children's hospital- the unit where I work. Anyway, just wanted to say hello!

Congratulations! DH and I loved our NICU nurses, as I'm sure the rest of the ladies on this board did. I always tell people that they don't just go through the motions, they are so caring and loving to the babies day in and day out despite their long shifts. We appreciate your profession so much!!
