Cleanse?

Anyone know if a gentle cleanse is ok to do while BFing? I feel so yucky but obviously don't want to harm my supply. I plan to ask my doctor at my next app, but that's not for a month yet.

No advice but if it is please let us know. I'd love to do something like that.

I'm not sure that cleanses are healthy period. Lots of times a cleanse really restricts your calories. I'd check with your doctor for sure.

Anything that majorly decreases your calorie intake is likely to affect your supply, since you need extra calories to make milk.
