Speech Delay

My b/g twins were born at 27 weeks and will be TWO next week!  They both have speech delays and only say about 3 words each, including mama and dada.  Anyone else have 27 weekers that have or had a speech delay and if so, when did your little one(s) start saying more words?  I know I am not supposed to compare children but I am just curious!  We currently work with a speech therapist every 2 weeks and we are signing with the kids.  They each know a few signs.
