As I was picking up the girls from DC yesterday, I saw one of DD1's little friend leaving. He was riding in the front seat, with the regular seat belt attached.

I told the DC director, but legally, there isn't anything she can do. I doubt the police would come a rushing if I called them BUT I think I'm still going to put in a call so maybe they can send a patrol one day during pick up to raise car seat safety awareness (and hopefully have a solid word or two with the parents of that little guy)
