Rant: Summer Infant Resting Up Napper

Of all of LO's things we have purchased/received and put together, this napper is the absolute worst and LO isn't even here yet.  Putting it together was frustrating, folding it up is a pain and I just took the cover off to wash it and forget about trying to put it back on.  I think I'm fairly intelligent, but my inability to follow these directions is proving otherwise.  If it's this complicated to use before LO comes, what's the point?  Is anyone using a similar napper other than the FP RNP?  TIA!

We have a RNP and a Mommaroo. DH protested big time about spending $200 on a swing but is the biggest supporter now. She loves to sleep in it regardless if its moving or not!

    Edit: spelling
  • Bright Starts makes one. FWIW I have a Carter's playyard they make and their whirlpool bath and both have been PITA in one way or another.

  • Thanks everyone!  I hadn't seen the Tiny Love one, thank you!  And the Mamaroo is on our registry, if we don't receive it as a gift, we'll definitely buy it.  I had wanted the Resting Up napper for our upstairs, particularly if one of us is home alone and showering/getting ready.

I privately FB messaged the company and someone called me yesterday.  I was surprised they offered to email me a shipping label to return it if BRU wouldn't take it back and offered I could spend the credit on something else they make.  Crappy product, but good customer service.
