Weird clot (tmi with a link to a picture)

edit I can't post the picture because I'm on my boyfriends iPad. Long story short. I had surgery on the 2nd of July to get 2 cysts removed. I already had a period after the surgery. I started my period about 2 days ago. I'm on the pill. My boyfriend and I had sex today. He came in me twice. We were sitting there and I felt something come out, I thought it was just it was just everything coming out. I looked at the towel I was sitting on and I saw that. My cramping from my period stopped but now they're coming back. I was also told my cysts came back. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex 2days before my sugery and the pregnancy test came back negative and I had a period after. The pictures a little blurry but it's flesh color with blood coming out of it. It's kind of like a sack but it's skin. It's also about the size of a nickel. Anyone know what this could be? Should I tell my doctor?

If you don't want to look at it, don't bother commenting. I just want to know if anyone else had this happen to them. Sorry I want to know if it's something that I need to get checked out. I just missed over a month of work so it's almost impossible to get a day off to go to the doctor. Figured other women would have some kind of idea.

Why is it weird. I asked on another site but the only person who commented said it looked like what she had when she had a miscarriage which is why I figured a parenting website would be helpful.

I also said I'm not a medical professional and to call your doctor. It could be from something from your surgery or cysts or anything. You need to talk to the person who knows you better than a paragraph or two online.
