Oxiclean

So I've never used it before; I think I want to add it into my detergent though because some of you said it made a big difference.  Two questions - Do you buy the brand name OxiClean, or the generic?  Does one work better?  Also, on the package, it says that it works best in warm/hot water, and to dissolve it before using it in cold.  I wash most of our clothes in cold, sheets/blankets in warm, and I don't feel like dissolving anything beforehand.  Does anyone do this?  If you use it in cold, do you find it undissolved at the end of your wash?

I buy the off brand at Dollar Tree that sprays on the clothes and just spray the yucky stains before washing.  Works great!

I use it. I get the name brand - Oxiclean. I think it works better than the generic (and I'm usually big on generics). I wash everything except sheets and towels in cold water and never dissolve it before hand.

I add the name brand Oxiclean to my homemade laundry detergent and it works great.  I have used it in cold water with no problems.
