Two Thing Tuesday

1. What types of activities do you do with our LO on a daily basis that you look forward to or just make your day?

2. What do you do for yourself every day that you look forward to?

1. Not daily, but bathtime is huge in our house. DS absolutely loves it and it makes me happy to see him act so normal, kicking and splashing.

1. Hmm - with DS it's probably daycare pick up when he sees me and comes running to me & clings to my leg - pretty darn cute!  With DD it's bedtime - she won't let DH put her to bed no matter how much he tries.  She loves her momma and snuggling!  It's so cute every night after we've done our bedtime routine and I'm ready to go out the door she always says "Momma will  you come check on me?" - so cute!

2. Coffee - I don't do it for myself - DH does - he makes me a SF caramel latte every morning!  So yummy!

1. I always look forward to our story time together before we put E to bed. She loves her stories! Also, I love getting her out of her crib in the morning and seeing her whole face light up when I walk into the room.

2. I look forward to tucking E in bed and then having the rest of my evening to myself and to spend time with DH.

1. Putting DD down for her nap seems to be the only alone time we ever get.

2. Wine and trashy TV when both kids are asleep before 8pm.

1. Taking him to the park everyday and seeing him run around and go down the slide, he's so proud of himself. Also love when I pick him up from gym daycare and he spots me from across the room and runs and says "mama mama"

2. When DS takes a nap if it's nice out I sit outside and get some sun and listen to music, peace and quiet is AMAZING!

We sit there for hours on end and read every single book he can find. It's such a snuggly time with him and I know he will want to read by himself and not be snuggled and kissed by Mama before I know it. 

2. What do you do for yourself every day that you look forward to? My "lunch break". When Alex takes his nap, I make myself a cup of coffee and spend an hour or so on the computer. I love that little break in the middle of the day!

1. when i pick up DS from daycare and he lights up and runs to me. 

2. usually coffee...starbucks or mcdonalds.

1. Snuggling and reading books on the sofa, I love how snuggly he gets, although he has a hard time getting on my lap now, I can't wait for DS2 to get here so we can have double snuggles

2. Putting DS to bed and having alone time with DH, especially now the basement is finished
