Looking for ASD resources

My nephew is 8 and they suspect has Aspergars. He has been evaluated several times for ASD and although he is borderline they always say he isn't on the spectrum. Now they suspect it again. Our family thinks he has it. He engages in repetitive behaviors like pacing in circles, other times he will zone out and when you talk to him it is like he doesn't hear at all. He has zero friends.

I'm trying to find recommendations for books, websites, online support groups to help my brother. His ex wife is not helpful to say the least.
