Hi all,
I posted on first tri the other day, and many people said to wait until after we find out the sex of the baby, so after 20 weeks-
Anyways, I'm wondering when you started buying your nursery furniture? I want to be able to help set it up, and if there are any problems I want to have enough time to get things fixed. We're getting gender-neutral furniture in hopes of keeping the crib for all of our future kids. Please let me know any favorites and when to buy. TIA!
Re: When to buy?
Be careful waiting...some furniture can take 12 or even 16 weeks to get to you! We went with Morigeau-Lepine - it's well-made, gender-neutral, beautiful, and can convert to a full bed.
We bought ours at 18 weeks (before we knew we were having a boy) at BabyUSA. They have excellent quality furniture and we got a deal at their "once a trimester sale". We also wanted to buy gender neutral furniture.
I see you are from Houston---they have one on 1960 @ Kuykendahl and I think there is also one on Westheimer.
