Hey everyone,
Not sure who all remembers me but I'm on day 7 of stims for IVF #2. With IVF #1, I stimmed for 8 days with GonalF, low dose hcg and ganirelix added at the end. I had a few follies that grew super quick and a bunch much farther behind. Of the 12 eggs retrieved, only six were mature.
Our RE decided for this round to do the Lupron for 2 weeks and then added the GonalF and low dose hcg in hopes the Lupron would keep all the follies growing at a similar rate.
We had our day 7 appt this am and they saw only 2 big (17s) on the right and 7 smaller ones (ranged from 7-13) on the left. My e2 was 735. I'm to go back in Wednesday.
At this point I'm just frustrated because I feel like this is no different than last time. Our embryos had a high attrition rate on the back end last time (they think due to sperm issues) so the goal this time was not to have more eggs but have more of them mature. And I feel like its not working! Anyone else having/had similar problem?

3 SAs - results all over the place. DX Unexplained
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 12R/6M/6F, transferred 1 5d blast, no frosties, bfn. IVF #2: 12R/6M/5F, transferred 1 5dt, 2 frosties, bfn. Yale EFT test done, mild inflamation - maybe endometrisis? FET #1: transferred 2 6d blasts, BFP!!! Beta #1: 606 e2:303, P: 47 Beta #2: 1,817 Beta #3: 8,625

I'm sorry your follies aren't cooperating with you again! That must be so frustrating! I hope that things start looking up on Wednesday.
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes

BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks.
Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
ttc #2 since 2004 Me (35): Stage 3 Endo, DH (34): High DNA Frag
IVF/ICSI #2: April 2014: BFP!!!!!!
ET of 2 great quality embryos. + BFP on 9dp5dt. Beta #1 (10dp5dt): 257, Beta #2 (14dp5dt): 1561,
Beta #3 (21dp5d5): 8,172. Wow. It seems this is actually working. Shocked beyond belief.
1st u/s @6w5d: Baby A hb 124, Baby B hb 127 (Both measuring perfectly!)
Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks

FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014
