"SS" "Special Snowflake" or "Rio" are poll options thrown at the bottom for "none of these choices apply to me. I AMA Special Snowflake". Etiquette dictates you should explain yourself in the comments if you choose that option.

Sorry. I was shooting off someone posting in the NHIE thread implying they weren't popular and I was thinking "Um, you're pretty damn well liked around here!"

ETA: So my intent was Puppies and Rainbows. I like almost all of you, although a few fall into "A Stranger's Just a Friend You Haven't Met!"

@LuckyDad, I want to know your theory.

I chose "unpopular" for me because I don't post too often, and one time I said something that pissed off a lot of people. I hope people have realized since then that I'm not awful, but I could have chosen my wording more carefully that day.

I feel a little like the awkward girl that walks up to a group of people talking at a party and starts laughing when they all laugh, but I didn't really hear the story so it's an uncomfortable laugh, but I want to belong soooo bad.

I think everyone is really nice and welcoming, but it takes a while to get up on all the inside jokes.  A lot of these women have a fairly long history together.

Perhaps I should have simply said "Well Liked". Anyways, my curiosity was answered. Most people around here feel like black sheep. If that were true, it would be a whole herd of black sheep, and that's just silly.

Uhm, I remember almost everyone who posted here except the people who admitted they're really new and I love all of you so stop feeling black sheepish.

Honestly, I don't really care if I am considered "popular" but I do hope that people like me. I have been like that my entire life, though. I desire love and being accepted by others.
Same here. I was a major wallflower and a bit of an outcast growing up. It's nice to be liked and understood, even if it is on the interwebz.
