profile help**NBFR**

can someone help me with my profile please.  I have tried to delete my pic and ticker for the longest time now, and it won't go away!  When i go to edit my profile, and go to signature box, it is empty, but yet, that pic and ticker still appear.  I have logged out and back in, i have tried everything.  I don't want that ticker and pic there anymore, since it might identify my IRL, and i dont' want BM to see it, if she shows up here.
