OK my nose is going to drive me nuts!

It just burns and is sensitive to smells.  Do you think a Netti pot would offer relief?

You could give it a try. It's not going to harm anything. Are you having any other nasal symptoms? Sneezing, running, itching?? Could be an allergy flare up.

Just stuffy and dry. I've had a few nosebleeds.

I would recommend Vaseline or Neosporin on a q-tip and gently rubbing it inside your nasal passages a couple times a day. They also have moistening drops at the drug store to keep everything hydrated. They are more than likely so dry that they are burning at the first whiff of anything. This could also be contributing to the nose bleeds, but its also a normal pregnancy symptom due to the extra blood flow.

I have the same problem! It's either bleeding or feels like sandpaper. Ughhh it sucks. They have those saline nasal sprays that work great. Now, If i could only remember to buy it while I'm out, that would be great!
