I wasn't sure if you'd still be checking your thread, so I wanted to tell you NOT TO WORRY!

DS didn't start traditional crawling til about 11.5 months, which was also about the time he could get himself into a sitting up position without us putting him there.  He did not start walking until the past couple weeks, and even then, he still mostly crawls because he hasn't really figured out how to get himself into a standing position unless he's holding onto something first--so he only walks if he's near furniture he can pull up on.  And since my siggy is whacked, he just turned 15 months.

When I was concerned my ped said if he's pulling himself up onto furniture not to worry too much about the crawling or the walking just yet.  So your LO doesn't sound out of the range of normal to me.

Thank you so much! It's so hard not to worry but I'm trying to just keep reminding myself that every baby is different and not to compare him to other peoples LO's.
