DH and I finished P90X a few weeks ago and I am figuring out my new workout routine. I plan to do resistance workouts twice a week for about 30 minutes each. For abs, I will keep using the P90X ab workout so I don't need to plan for that.
What do you all do for resistance training? I will be doing it at home but we have resistance bands and dumbbells and we have a pull up bar. My plan right now is to cobble together exercises from a few different sources but if anyone can recommend a workout, that would probably be better. Thanks!

I used this website to come up with exercises. You can sort by the equipment you have available.

@Angela814 thanks for suggesting bodybuilding.com. I decided to do Jamie Eason's at home workout (https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-12-week-trainer-at-home-workout-pull-day.html). I did it for the first time today and I really like it. I have never used a stability ball with weights before. I like that it engages your core more while you do the exercises. I adapted the workouts slightly by cutting out the abs since I do the p90x ab workout and taking out some of the duplicative exercises and I think it will only take me about 30 minutes to do.
@CrazyMary77 I didn't know about the Tony Horton 25 minute workouts. I will definitely look into those in the future. I really like the P90X workouts but they are so long! Thanks again!
