Lower back pain after cs

I'm having a lot of back pain. Right side of my lower back. I had an epidural with my cs 3.5 weeks ago. Yesterday I was carrying my LO in her carseat a lot and lifting it. I'm wondering if my back pain is the result of lifting LO in her carseat many times yesterday or something more serious. Anyone else experience this before?
