I was just in a discussion where I saw a name I loved the LOOK of, but wasn't quite as fond of how the name sounded. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I am totally okay with the fact that I may just be a weirdo...

I love the way Alaina sounds but hate the way it looks. I tried to talk myself into it for a possible DD (we were Team Green) but DH said it had way too many "A's", lol. That's my problem with it too. I also don't like the spelling Elena.
Caoimhe was one of our top girl names. I actually love the look and the sound (Keva), but I thought it would be too frustrating to have to pronounce/spell all the time.
