Siggy help...what am I doing wrong?

First of all, I should admit that I am technologically challenged.  But I read through the steps for adding a picture to your siggy (go to flickr, upload, change the size, grab the code, paste and then save about a million times....)  so after going through the steps several times and still having no success I am wondering if there is something I am missing.  If anyone else knows the trick, please help me!  Thanks!

I hope it just takes a while to register in the system or something. I changed my tickers a few hours ago & they're still jacked. It says I'm 108 weeks pregnant.
