round ligament pain or something else?

I have these super sharp pains a lot...they only last a second and its almost like a popping sensation. Seems like round ligament, but the weird thing to me is that it's not on the sides, it's along the middle of my belly and also towards the top of my uterus. Sometimes when I press on the spot where it hurts, it causes more of these "spasms" across my belly. I called the dr about a week ago and the nurse didn't seem concerned, but it seems so abnormal to me. Anyone experience this?

You know, I have been getting this sometimes too and was worried...Maybe it is just growing. I am curious as to what others will say too!

No other symptoms, which is why I'm not getting TOO worked up about it. With my singletons, I had nothing like this...but hopefully it's just because I'm growing so much more quickly with these guys. Luckily, I have an appt with the MFM on Monday, so I'll ask. Glad that it doesn't seem too worrisome. But geez it hurts!!

I have experienced something similar. It wasn't painful unless someone pressed down on that area hard (like my u/s tech ....), just a weird snapping sensation. Now it has gotten a bit painful and it is mostly when I pick up or am holding DS. I think it's just abdominal muscles stretching, adjusting, etc. I also worry it's my abs separating (more than they would otherwise), which is one of my personal fears because I don't want to deal with diastasis recti. Sigh.
