Tell me stuff to put on my bagel

I have eaten  veggie cream cheese on my bagel since I was a Junior in High School. I am now almost twenty-three. It's time for a change.

Give me some new stuff to try.

I cannot seem to buy apple butter in stores. At least, not that I can find....which makes me sad because I could eat that stuff with a spoon.

The only correct answer is 'any savory cream cheese'. I don't like sweet stuff on my bagels (but the actual bagel can be sweet.)

this was my first post-partum meal.  on a pumpernickel bagel.  with one of those giant deli pickles.

my mouth is seriously watering right now

You and my DW would agree here.

I personally like everything bagel with cream cheese, sliced cucumber and tomato slices with a sprinkle of salt.

Really though, anything you can put on a sammich can go on a bagel.

If it's a savory bagel - hummus (red pepper, garlic, regular) and then a slice of provolone cheese.  Pop that sucker in the toaster over to melt the cheese, then take it out, eat it, and thank me later.

Oh, and my DH likes bagels with peanut butter and cream cheese, but I call gross.
