Tuesday July16th I got a notification through the online source I am using to find teaching jobs that I was chosen to interview for a job at 3pm of Thursday that week. Problem being I was on vacation with my husband and son out of state and would not return until Friday. I debated cutting our vacation short and coming back, but decided that my family was more important than a job. I e-mailed them and explained the situation and offered to interview over Skype. They said, No Thanks and Good Luck.

Today I am checking my Facebook and discovered that another member of my cohort got the job.

Ugh!!!  That's ridiculous that they couldn't be accommodating in the least...
