Name Help! Creativity needed.

Hi!
We need some name help. My father, Philip, passed away 4.5 years ago. (He did not have a middle name.) If we have a boy, Philip will be a middle name - that's easy. If we have a girl we would like to honor my dad, but keep getting stuck with names that work. We don't like Phylis. Philippa and Pippa are out. I like Hilary (which incorporates the HIL of Philip), but that is SIL's name, so would like some other options. Any ideas of other names that can work? There are no bad ideas, so please, give me your thoughts! I know there are some that we have not come up with.

Instead of totally changing the name I would find something else that reminds you of him- his birth month? his favorite season? favorite bird? favorite flower? etc..
