stinky feet

I notice my DS's stride rite sandals stink. They get wet sometimes and with the summer weather I am not surprised. Not sure if the shoes can be washed regularly. Suggestions?

I thought about that but wasnt sure if when their feet sweats again if the febreeze can penetrate into their feet. lol sounds neurotic but I really think of these things.

Stick them in the washer and let them air dry.
