Hi...Um...Remember Me?

Hi Ladies!

Long time, no post!  I haven't been on here since February...not even to lurk, so I have no idea what's been going on, but I hope everyone had a beautiful baby(ies)!  I was the woman pregnant with twins, in the hospital, etc...a long while ago when most of us were in our 20+ week.  I was going through a lot back then and it was just too painful to even see the front page of TB not to mention actually coming to the message boards. 

I had my twin boys, James and Langston, on 2/25/13.  James weighed 1 lb, 13 oz and Langston was 1 lb, 3 oz.  They are now 5 months actual and 8 weeks adjusted.  They stayed in the NICU until May 17, appx 2.5 months and 37 weeks gestational age.  Now they are home, smiling, holding their heads up and meeting all their milestones at or near their actual age!  James is 12 lbs appx. and Langston is approximately 10 pounds.  Below is a pic of my boys sleeping.  You can definitely see the 2 pound, 2 inch difference.

Thanks!  I've thought about you all too!  Things have finally sort of "settled down" (if that's possible) and I was thought I would come by and see how everyone is doing.  I love the birth announcement thread!

So glad your boys are doing so well and are home from the nicu. My twins came early too and spent some time in the nicu. It's a great/ horrible place.

Yes, that is the perfect way to describe it...great and horrible.  By the time they were discharged, I was so tired of seeing that place.  I had been at that hospital everyday since Valentines Day by the time they were bought home.

My twins were 2 months early and I know the feeling of being sick of that place.

Of course I remember you! I've wondered how you were doing, I'm so incredibly happy that you and your boys are doing well! I can't even imagine how taxing the past several months have been, you are a strong mama and those are some incredibly handsome little dudes! Congrats!
